To plan reinvestment and maintenance measures for road and water so that they can be implemented in a socio-economically efficient manner.
Expected results
Socio-economic decision support models for choice of time and place to implement reinvestment and maintenance measures. A simple model that is useful in municipalities is sought after.
Knowledge of organisations’ views on the need for decision support models.
