Sustainable decision support based on relevant data

Improved decision support for maintenance of cycle paths
Challenge
Knowledge of the breakdown of the cycle path construction is missing. A cycle path is not broken down for the same reasons as a roadway. Often it is a ground frost or aging, or load, from heavy vehicles that cause the damage. Maintenance of cables, pipes and other bicycle paths are other reasons.
Expected results
The ongoing development in the field of bicycle vehicles, increasing mobility and the requirements for available bicycle roads – and the climate change. This requires new efficient methods for planning maintenance.
