Sustainable business models and organisations

Synthesis of frameworks
Challenge
Asset Management requires structure and overall perspective to be really good and efficient. In many, mostly smaller, municipalities and WS businesses, that becomes difficult because the conditions required are difficult to achieve.
Expected results
Knowledge about how effective management can be achieved will increase in the programme. New tools, models and data will be developed. In order to be useful these need to be coordinated and integrated. Therefore a framework that both small and large municipalities can use will be developed.
