Sustainable competence building

Training material and courses
Challenge
The challenge is that skills are fresh goods that need maintenance and updating. New competence needs to be added with knowledge developed within the programme and from participating senior researchers.
Expected results
The aim of the programme as a whole is to halve the competence deficiencies within the programme area after eight years.
